  • Project Manager – Fire Suppression Systems for Offshore Wind
    As a Project Manager at Firenor, you will lead fire suppression system projects ranging from NOK 10 to 150 million for clients worldwide. Typical project durations are 1 to 1.5 years, with a strong focus on renewable energy. In this hands-on role, you will be involved in every aspect of project execution. We are looking for an experienced project manager with a solid understanding of technical deliveries who can navigate the challenges and dynamics of large-scale projects and international clients. You will play a pivotal role in our growth and development, and we highly value your ability to share knowledge and mentor our younger project managers.

  • Project Engineer – Fire Suppression Systems for Offshore Wind
    As a Project Engineer, you will design fire suppression systems for international clients, with project values typically ranging from NOK 10 to 150 million. You will collaborate closely with project managers, other engineering disciplines, and the workshop to deliver innovative and effective solutions. Our projects are heavily focused on renewable energy, and we are seeking engineers with expertise in automation, electrical, structural, mechanical, piping, or technical safety disciplines. You will take on a leadership role within your discipline and share your knowledge with colleagues.

  • Aftersales Coordinator – Offshore Fire Suppression Systems
    As an Aftersales Coordinator, you will manage sales and service activities related to spare parts for our offshore customers. Your goal will be to increase spare parts sales through excellent customer service, fast order processing, and high customer satisfaction. You will be part of a team focused on aftersales, working closely with clients over time and occasionally traveling internationally (up to 25% of the time) to support on-site projects.

  • Electrician – Fire Suppression Systems for Offshore Wind
    As an Electrician at Firenor, you will help build fire suppression systems for clients globally. Our systems include components for the distribution and dosing of extinguishing agents, along with associated piping, valves, instrumentation, and control systems. You will work alongside other skilled tradespeople to assemble, test, and install these systems on platforms. Some international travel is required.

  • Workshop Manager – Fire Suppression Systems Production
    As the Workshop Manager, you will oversee a team of 10-20 skilled workers responsible for building multidiscipline fire suppression systems in various sizes and configurations. Each project can take between 1 to 9 months to complete. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring the effective operation of the workshop, delivering high-quality systems on time and within budget, optimizing workflows, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Additionally, you will play an essential role in motivating and developing your team to achieve the company’s production goals.

    As a Sales Engineer, you will be involved in creating, coordinating, and following up on requests for large fire suppression systems from clients worldwide. Your role will be crucial in helping Firenor secure new projects, working closely with the sales team to ensure our proposals meet customer needs, requirements, and standards. The position involves extensive technical calculations and descriptions, and you will collaborate with both colleagues and clients to drive our company’s growth.
